Doing Law Differently

We held a panel discussion, Doing Law Differently – A conversation with female lawyers who are challenging the status quo, on April 5th.  Four pioneering female lawyers discussed how innovative business models can make private practice more sustainable for women, with advantages including flexibility, opportunities to practice remotely and on a part-time basis.  Panelists shared their personal experience in offering unbundled services, alternative fee arrangements, taking a client-centric approach and focusing on mediation and other collaborative practices.
